WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All our spare parts and repairs come with warranty unless specified otherwise in writing.
- OEM Parts: 6 months from invoice date
- Aftermarket Parts: 3 months from invoice date
- Repairs: 3 months from invoice date
It is your responsibility to test all parts within warranty period mentioned above. Warranty Items will only be replaced if they are returned in the same state that they were given. Any physical damages which includes marks, cracks, dents or other damage that is no fault of ours will void the warranty, this includes internal damages too. We reserve the rights to refuse warranty or refund on any items after final inspection. Westcoast Wholesalers Pty Ltd will give STORE CERDIT not refund for returned items.
All faulty parts need to be returned for inspection before store credit can be applied. Please note that we cannot refund postage costs or cover items return postage. All our parts use an identification stamp to help you to distinguish our products. All our parts have “WW” stamp on it. If you return parts that are from another vendor, then you would be liable to pay the return postage for the parts.

Please make sure all warranty parts are delivered to the above address. Warranty replacements can take up to 36hours to be dispatched, pending stock availability. There will be delays expected on weekends and holidays.
